Important Prescribing Information – Botox
Botox is a prescription-only medicine. In line with UK regulations, all clients must have a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber, Lucia, before treatment can be carried out.

New Patients-

Please ensure you have had a face-to-face consultation before booking this treatment. If you have not yet had one, please book a free consultation first.
Botox treatment cannot be carried out on the same day as your consultation. As Botox is prescribed and ordered per patient, a separate treatment appointment is required at least 24 hours after your consultation.

Registered (Returning) Patients-

Returning patients may book Botox treatment without a consultation provided their prescribing consultation with Lucia is up to date.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last consultation or appointment with Lucia, you will need to book a new face-to-face prescribing consultation before we are able to treat you again.
Please also inform us prior to booking if there have been any changes to your medical or health status.

Please note:
• Consultations must be booked as a separate appointment
• They cannot take place on the same day as your Botox treatment
• Botox appointments booked without a valid consultation may be cancelled
